Refund policy
RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS
We want you to be thoroughly delighted with each of your littleWolf Ceramics purchases. But sometimes things happen.
If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt if it is in its original condition. Refunds are not available; you may exchange it for a replacement item of equal value. Return shipping costs are at your expense and additional shipping fees may apply. If the replacement item is out of stock, allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
If an item reaches you damaged, please notify me immediately. All items are shipped insured. To qualify for a replacement, take several photos of the damaged item in its original packaging and email it to valerie@littlewolfceramics.com with the date and shipping information. You will also need to complete whatever additional information is required by the postal carrier to process the claim.
Items which develop structural defects within the first 30 days, causing cracking or other functional problems will be gladly repaired, if possible, or replaced if the problems have occurred during normal, recommended usage. Handmade ceramics are not tempered so must be treated with care in use, avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
Some crazing does occur with some glazes, but is not considered a structural defect. Shipping charges may apply.
